What is collected

The only information collected through this website is what you choose to send through the contact form or by email: your name, email address, country or time zone, the service you’re asking about, your familiarity with META-Health, your language preference, and your message.

Why it is collected

Solely to reply to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to arrange and deliver your session, mentoring, or course place.

Health information

You are asked not to send diagnoses, test results, medication lists, or other sensitive health details through the contact form. Anything of that nature is better discussed live in a session. If you do send such details, they are treated as confidential and are not shared.

Confidentiality of sessions

What you share in a one-to-one session stays confidential. In group mentoring, participants are asked to keep case discussions confidential within the group.

Sharing

Your information is never sold, rented, or traded. It is not shared with third parties except where necessary to deliver the service you requested (for example, an online meeting or scheduling tool) or where required by law.

Retention

Enquiries and session records are kept only as long as needed for the purpose above, and are deleted on request unless a legal obligation requires otherwise.

Cookies and analytics

This website sets no tracking cookies of its own. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, and any embedded video plays from YouTube or Vimeo only after you click play. Those providers may set their own cookies at that point, under their own privacy policies.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to see what information is held about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. Email hello@ousaima.com and it will be handled promptly.
